At Cardstore, we do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. Are you placing your order on a working day before 10:00 p.m.? Then, provided all products are in stock, it will be shipped the same day.

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.

Trunkrs (Same Day Delivery)
Are you ordering on a working day before 10:00 a.m. and choosing Trunkrs? Then your order will be delivered the same evening.
Letterbox package
Orders that can be shipped as a letterbox package and are placed on working days before 9:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Standard shipping
Orders placed on working days before 10:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. In most cases, the order will be delivered the next working day.
Sunday
Orders placed on Sunday before 8:00 p.m. will be shipped by Sunday at the latest and usually delivered on Monday.
Belgium
Orders placed on working days before 10:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. In most cases, the order will be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed on Sunday before 8:00 p.m. will be shipped by Sunday at the latest and usually delivered on Monday.
Germany and France
Orders placed on working days before 10:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, provided all products are in stock.
Please allow for a longer delivery time for deliveries to Germany and France than for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. The exact delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.
The stated delivery times are indicative. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to delays with the carrier.

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the Track & Trace code.

Singles and slabs
Singles and slabs are shipped from a separate location. If you order them together with other products, you may receive the order in multiple shipments. Separate shipping costs may be charged for this.

- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days
Example
Are you ordering €200 worth of products, of which €150 are regular products and €50 are singles? Then the regular products will be shipped free of charge. For the singles, you will pay €4.99 in shipping costs, because they are shipped from a different location.
Stock and pre-orders
Orders are shipped as soon as all products in the order are in stock.
Are you ordering a pre-order together with an in-stock product? Then the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order is available.
Would you like to receive in-stock products sooner? Then place a separate order for the pre-order.
Delivery
During checkout, the available shipping options for your country and address will be displayed. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the shipment.
For orders within the Netherlands, you can also choose delivery to a PostNL pickup point, if available.
